Job Description
Leading detergent manufacturing company seeks experienced Regional Sales Manager for the state of Rajasthan. This critical leadership role will be based out of Jaipur and will be responsible for managing sales and distribution for the entire state.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets and growth for assigned region.
- Lead a high performance sales team of 20-25 for the state.
- Drive distribution, coverage expansion and visibility of products across all channels.
- Develop and execute promotional and marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze regional sales data, market trends and competitive activity to identify areas of opportunity.
- Liaise with distributors and channel partners to improve supply chain efficiency and on-shelf availability.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and presentations to update senior management on regional performance.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, of which at least 5 years must be in detergents/cleaning products.
- Proven track record of managing a large sales team and achieving growth targets.
- Strong understanding of Rajasthan market with existing relationships in the region's distribution network.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills for market analysis and planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing preferred)
