POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive sales of our innovative Multihousing access control solutions business across Quebec and the Maritime provinces. Based ideally in the Greater Toronto Area, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technology while building lasting relationships with integrators and distributors.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Generate opportunities with property managers, developers, and facility owners through prospecting, networking, and consultative selling
Build relationships with integrators and distributors to expand our market reach
Maintain existing customer relationships while identifying additional opportunities
Develop Quebec and Maritime markets through strategic outreach and relationship building
WHAT WE REQUIRE
2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in security, technology, or construction-related industries
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
Business-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint, and email management systems
WHAT WE PREFER
Salesforce.com or similar customer relationship management platform experience
Familiarity with door hardware, access control systems, or electronic security products
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Générer des opportunités auprès des gestionnaires immobiliers, promoteurs et propriétaires d'installations grâce à la prospection, le réseautage et la vente-conseil
Développer des relations avec les intégrateurs et distributeurs pour élargir notre portée de marché
Maintenir les relations clients existantes tout en identifiant des opportunités supplémentaires
Développer les marchés du Québec et des Maritimes par le biais d'approches stratégiques et de développement de relations
CE QUE NOUS EXIGEONS

2+ années d'expérience réussie en vente B2B, idéalement dans les secteurs de la sécurité, de la technologie ou de la construction
Excellentes compétences en communication avec la capacité de livrer des présentations convaincantes à divers groupes d'intervenants internes et externes
Maîtrise de l'anglais des affaires avec d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint et des systèmes de gestion des courriels
CE QUE NOUS PRÉFÉRONS

Expérience avec Salesforce.com ou une plateforme similaire de gestion de la relation client
Familiarité avec la quincaillerie de porte, les systèmes de contrôle d'accès ou les produits de sécurité électronique
