As our Regional Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our three existing bridal stores in Australia to success whilst being the key point of contact with the USA head office. Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Charge in Store Success
You’ll be instrumental in developing our new locations and ensuring they become destinations where we make brides’ dreams come true. From setup to success, you’ll oversee operations, hiring and training key personnel to hit the ground running.

Own the Success of Store Leadership
Lead the store Management team, directly leading the Store Managers, to take charge of all activities to achieve sales and financial targets, operational benchmarks, and elevate the bridal experience to new heights. You’ll be the go-to person for the country-wide store performance metrics!

Coach, Train, and Inspire Store Teams
Lead training and development initiatives for store management and stylists in partnership with the HR team.

Performance Management & Growth
Monitor and analyse sales data and key performance indicators to track store performance and provide feedback and coaching to the Store leaders to ensure goals are achieved and exceeded. You'll guide the teams to consistently surpass sales targets and drive the success of our brand.

Master of Inventory & Stock Management
Ensure that store leadership knows how to optimize inventory and manage stock performance seamlessly. Your expertise will guarantee smooth inventory audits and product flow.

Champion the Customer Experience
Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers in each of the stores to deliver exciting promotional campaigns and events, including social media and media appearances. You’ll help lead them to build a buzz around True Society while connecting with the community.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Apparel, Fashion or related degree strongly preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of five (5) years senior retail management leadership experience, preferably with multi-unit, territory responsibility. Previous bridal sales or other luxury goods or apparel industry related management experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence at store and regional level.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to quickly assimilate to the Team and build rapport to motivate and coach Team to drive positive performance outcomes.
Results driven with attention to detail and ability to provide oversight and delegation.
Exhibit sound business decision making skills and the ability to influence others.
Exhibits teamwork, objectivity, and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive Team spirit; Puts success of Team above own interests.
High level of emotional intelligence and organizational awareness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead and thrive in a challenging environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are a requirement.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms.
Previous experience with a Retail POS system and retail scheduling tools.
Ability to travel and accept short-term assignments to support store openings (including international). Must have or be able to obtain a passport and satisfy all Visa requirements for work authorization (varies by location of assignment).
Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends in our stores.
Ability to work evenings and mornings to liaise with the US head office virtually.
Reside in Sydney area with the ability to travel to other store locations.
