• Managing reinsurance accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze reinsurance contracts and settlements
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations related to reinsurance activities
• Contributing to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting function
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in reinsurance accounting
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, reinsurance concepts, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
