Job Title: Relationship Director - Commercial Banking

The Bank:
Established and successful Commercial bank that provides the full suite of business banking products throughout the UK. The bank is on a long-term exciting journey of growth and diversification.
Summary of Role:
To manage an established portfolio of trading business and real estate finance (investment) clients typically with debt levels of between £2m and £25m.
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the pro-active management of the portfolio post credit sanction, thru in-life to close-out/repayment
• Write and present proposals for additional lending and annual reviews
• Identifying the clients' needs for additional bank products and lending - and promoting accordingly
• Collaborate with the wider Commercial team and other internal business units to deliver great customer outcomes
Knowledge & Experience Required:
• Proven track record of managing a commercial banking debt portfolio and everything that entails, in a UK commercial banking (or very similar) environment
• Experience of lending to commercial sized UK trading businesses (typically property backed) - property finance (investment) experience desirable
