This place is apt for Customer Walk Ins , Birthday Parties, Corporate Events and School Trips.
We are looking to hire a Customer Relationship Manager, the primary responsibilities will include:
1. Attending Customers and ensuring there smooth Experience.
2. Managing all types of Birthday and Corporate Events.
3. Attending Customer Calls and answering their queries
4. Ensuring we get many good ratings on Social Media Platforms
5. Posting Quality content on Facebook and Instagram.
6. Answering queries posted by people on Social Media Platforms
7. Supervising and Improving process with regards to customer experience.
Skills Needed:
1. Excellent Communication skills both in Tamil and English.
2. People Friendly Person who loves interacting and helping people
3. 2+ Years Experience in Hospitality Sector.
4. Basic understanding of MS Excel & MS Word
5. Ready to work on Weekends and all Public Holidays. (Must Req.)
6. Process Oriented and Dedicated.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
