Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business • To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office. • To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy. • To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager • To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing. • To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch • To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing. • To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life. • To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working. • Retain existing live loan customers.
