Role and Responsibility at Kotak – Dehradun:
• Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels
• Ensure unilateral growth by adding new Branches
• Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
• Marketing and encashing catchment areas
• Meeting HNI clients of area Dehradun and explaining various products related to loan against property/HF/ Working capital.
• Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
• Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets
• Responsible for Project approvals of Builders
• Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
• Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
• Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
Job Requirement :
We are looking for self-starters with a high drive for results, perseverance, and excellent work ethic applicants from Dehradun
As a Relationship management experience in secured assets businesses will be desirable.
• Experience in SECURED LOAN SALES will give advantage
• Qualifications - Graduate / MBA (Graduation is Mandatory)
• Should be a great team player.
• Experience from CASA, Credit Card sales will be added advantage.
