Role Overview
The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects into Sales and assisting them in finding suitable partners.
Inhouse Sales & Service portfolio
Key Responsibilities
ü Understanding the customer requirement accurately
ü Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
ü Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
ü Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
ü Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up
ü Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)
Skills and Competencies
ü Excellent verbal & written communication, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
ü Punctuality & Presentation skills
ü Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
ü Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements
Education and Experience
Minimum Graduation & 02 Years minimum experience in Sales Domain.
