Managing Working Capital WC Limits both fund-based and non-fund-based for Elite Accounts with a total book size of 300 Cr ensuring each ticket account size is a minimum of INR 5 00 Cr Analyzing businesses thoroughly and reviewing all account and financial documents before recommending cases to the credit team Upholding excellent standards of hygiene in terms of renewals deferrals churning and maintaining zero delinquency Retaining existing accounts while also acquiring New-To-Bank NTB accounts through referrals and references from the existing client base Expanding the Size of Holdings SOH Book by increasing the overall book size and limits by 25 annually Addressing issues related to branches trade treasury and cash management services CMS promptly to ensure client queries and problems are resolved within the specified turnaround time TAT ultimately enhancing the Net Promoter Score
