The Real Estate Finance Group of the Wholesale Bank comprises a team of real-estate specialists providing best-in-class banking services to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Group Activities:
Origination and structuring of CRE debt investments
Providing end-to-end relationship and stakeholder management
Staying abreast of market intelligence
Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to engage with clients for originating and evaluating financing opportunities, structuring transactions, and coordinating due diligence processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Originating and evaluating financing opportunities for clients
Structuring transactions, including project finance, acquisition financing, and working capital requirements
Coodinating due diligence process with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors and third party vendors
Handling transactions through the life-cycle, including origination, structuring, approvals, commercials, negotiations, documentation, and monitoring
Origination of fund-raising mandates and closely working with Debt Capital Markets team for execution of the same
Mining clients for other banking, trade, and fee opportunities
Requirements:
MBA from Tier 1 Institutes with 4-6 years post qualification experience
Qualification: CA or MBA in finance, marketing
Good communication and presentation skills
Exemplary relationship and analytical skills
Experience in real estate preferred
