This role involves managing sales and distribution through cross-channel and open market sources, acquiring retail customers for funding against residential, commercial, and industrial properties, and driving business growth through strategic builder tie-ups and project approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secured loan sales, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to manage and train Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) and Direct Marketing Agents (DMAs).
