Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Nashik for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing members, increasing memberships, and achieving revenue targets. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for creating plans to improve customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in sales and achieving revenue targets
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi
