Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Understand clients' financial goals and requirements related to home loans, personal loans, and mortgage loans. • Loan Consultation and Analysis: • Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend suitable loan products (home loans, personal loans, mortgage loans) based on their needs and eligibility. • Provide detailed information about loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and associated fees. • Loan Application Facilitation: • Assist clients in completing loan applications and necessary documentation for loan approval. • Guide clients through the loan approval process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. • Product Knowledge and Education: • Stay updated on the latest loan products, interest rates, and market trends. • Educate clients about the features, benefits, and risks associated with various loan options. • Sales and Targets: • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the organization. • Actively promote loan products and services to achieve business goals. • Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in the loan origination process. • Assess and mitigate risks associated with loan applications. • Customer Service and Follow-up: • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. • Follow up with clients throughout the loan process and after loan disbursement to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. • Cross-selling and Upselling: • Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products and services offered by the organization. • Maximize revenue generation through upselling loan-related products. • Reporting and Documentation: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, loan applications, and approvals. • Prepare regular reports on loan portfolio performance and sales activities. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. • Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or loan management. • Strong understanding of home loans, personal loans, and mortgage loans. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the financial industry. • Ability to analyze financial data and assess clients' creditworthiness. • Results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
