Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Support Coordinator to join our team at Relationships Australia Northern Territory. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to clients, with a focus on addressing family relationship issues and promoting healthy relationships.
As a Relationship Support Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop effective safety plans, and provide referrals to relevant services. You will also participate in educational groups and outreach activities, and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
To succeed in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Social Work or a related field, along with experience in case management, client assessment, and referral services. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Assess client needs, develop safety plans, and provide referrals to relevant services.
Program Development: Contribute to the development of new programs and services, and participate in educational groups and outreach activities.
Collaboration and Networking: Work closely with RA-NT personnel and external agencies to provide comprehensive support services.
