About the Role:
Opal HealthCare is seeking resilient and adaptable permanent Relief General Managers to provide leadership support across our Newcastle & Central Coast Care Communities.

What You'll Do:
✔️ Provide inspirational, short-term leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams in various communities, fostering our values-driven culture.
✔️ Ensure the continuity of daily operations, upholding our high standards of care quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
✔️ Build strong, trusting relationships quickly with residents, families, and staff to maintain community morale and engagement.
✔️ Support operational excellence and stability through effective handovers and collaborative leadership.

✔️ Proven leadership experience in a service-driven environment (health, hospitality, retail, community sectors, or defence forces).
