Looking for a full time remedial teacher / special educator to support our 10 year old son. The role is an integrated role / team role with specialist therapists, expert teachers and inclusive IB schooling environment. It is a an excellent opportunity to make an impact in an multi environment setup. We are looking for a teacher who will work hand in hand with parents, remedial teachers, school and specially trained (Gateway trained and other specialisations) therapists. We are looking for a passionate individual who believes in the spirit of every soul and thus enjoys helping another human discover the best of themselves.
The child is fully independent in daily life activities, taking care of himself and his communications. There are no regulatory issues. Support is required for one and one academics, mainly helping to bridge the gap between classroom instructions to the Childs notebook. The role will be an important bridge between the parents, school and therapists. Thus playing a very crucial role in developing strategies and communication between all participants.
Remuneration will be surely equivalent if not better than the best in the market for the desirable team member.
Qualifications
Specially trained remedial teachers.
Specially trained special educators.
Formally trained BEd qualified teachers.
Experience, understanding and passion will form a critical basis for joining hands together.
