Active CPA license and experience in a CPA firm
Proven track record of designing and executing multiple training events
Strong decision-making and organizational skills
Excellent teaching and facilitation skills
Ability to determine training objectives and design effective training plans
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English
Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex projects
Self-starter mentality, capable of working independently
Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities
Deep understanding of technical accounting and auditing principles
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field
At least 6 years of relevant accounting or auditing experience
Familiarity with adult learning principles
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field
CPA license is required
Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting or auditing experience
