Key responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers or leads who may have an interest in your company's products or services.
2. Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while cultivating new ones. This includes understanding their needs and preferences.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are selling to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
4. Supervision and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to the team of auto mechanics and service technicians. Ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
5. Team Coordination: Coordinate daily activities within the team, including scheduling work, assigning tasks, and managing workflow to meet service deadlines.
6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for team members and provide or arrange for training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
