Job Description:
As a Remote Client Support Specialist at Cult.fit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients from a remote location in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. You will work closely with clients to address their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience with our services.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with patience and empathy.
3. Provide product information, guidance, and support to clients.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and training materials.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures for client support.
Requirements:
1. Confident and hardworking attitude to effectively engage with clients.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Prior experience in customer service or client support is a plus but not required.
6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
