About the Internship:

1) US Shift (8:30 PM-5:30 PM)
We are on the lookout for a proactive and committed Lead Engagement/Customer Success Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction. As the main point of contact for our clients, your core responsibility is to provide unparalleled support through email, chat, and verbal communications, fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement: Connect with provided leads to understand their needs, concerns, or any other inquiries.
2. Multichannel Support: Address customer queries and concerns via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
3. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services/products.
4. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback, understanding their pain points, and working collaboratively with internal teams for continuous service improvement.
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
6. Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services/products based on their needs.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide insights from customer feedback and contribute to product/service enhancements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a related role.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools.
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
6. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for ensuring client success.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with poise
