Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Snapdeal, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information. You will also be required to process orders, track shipments, and assist with returns and exchanges.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
- Processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns and exchanges
- Maintaining a positive attitude and treating customers with respect and empathy
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to think creatively
- Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
