Job Description
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into the system: The Data Entry Executive will be tasked with entering various types of data into the database or software system, ensuring that all information is inputted correctly and in a timely manner.- Conduct offline and online data entry tasks: The candidate will need to perform both offline data entry tasks, such as inputting information from physical documents, as well as online data entry tasks, which may involve inputting data from online sources.- Utilize MS Excel for data management: Proficiency in MS Excel is required to manage and organize data effectively. The Data Entry Executive will need to create spreadsheets, enter data, and perform basic data analysis using Excel.- Handle back office processing tasks: In addition to data entry, the candidate may be responsible for handling back-office processing tasks, which could include managing files, organizing documents, and performing administrative duties.- Strong typing skills are essential: The candidate must possess excellent typing skills and be able to type accurately and quickly. English typing proficiency is also required for this role.Required skills and expectations:1. Proficiency in typing: The candidate must have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.2. Basic computer skills: Knowledge of basic computer applications and software, especially MS Excel, is necessary.3.
