• Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and online advertisements to launch campaigns effectively.
2. Content Creation:
- Create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, and social media profiles, tailored to enhance brand awareness and align with our marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to ensure high-quality visuals and copy for all digital assets.
3. Social Media Strategy:
- Manage the company’s social media channels by developing a strategic content calendar and posting schedule.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to ensure Goibibo remains competitive and relevant.
4. SEO and Analytics:
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve website visibility and user experience.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
5. Market Research:
- Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance marketing efforts and product offerings.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align on strategies, share feedback, and contribute to meeting overall business objectives.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to understand and address their marketing needs.
• Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Personal Traits:
- Independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Confident in presenting ideas and advocating for marketing strategies.
- Soft Skills:
- High emotional intelligence to navigate team dynamics and understand customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
