MakeMyTrip is seeking a driven and dedicated Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. ### Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for our digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and the company website.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage MakeMyTrip’s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across various platforms.
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize audience interaction and growth.
4. SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Manage SEM campaigns, optimizing ad performance and ensuring budget adherence.
5. Email Marketing Execution:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation and targeting to drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness, insights, and areas of opportunity.
7. Collaboration and Planning:
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
8. Budget Management:
- Assist in the management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor spending to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
### Requirements
• Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Personality Traits:
- Driven: A self-starter who is motivated to deliver results and meet deadlines.
