The Elite Job is seeking a creative and highly motivated Remote Fashion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design visually stunning graphics for apparel and accessories that resonate with modern fashion trends and captivate our global audience. Key Responsibilities
• Develop original graphic concepts for a variety of apparel and accessory collections, including t-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and product development teams to create artwork that aligns with brand identity and current market trends.
• Translate creative briefs and mood boards into high-impact designs.
• Ensure that all designs meet technical requirements for production and print processes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and seasonal themes to inspire new ideas and collections.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
• Present concepts and receive feedback in team meetings, revising designs as necessary.
• Prepare print-ready files and specifications for manufacturers.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing fashion-related graphic design work, including apparel and accessory designs.
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and garment construction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Ability to adapt design styles according to brand guidelines and target markets.
• Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Prior experience working with apparel printing techniques (e.g., screen printing, embroidery, sublimation) is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Working Hours
• Full-time, remote position.
• Flexible working hours with core team availability required from 10 AM to 4 PM (GMT).
• Occasional virtual meetings and collaborative sessions as needed.

• Ability to create designs for various product categories, from casual wear to streetwear and high fashion.
