Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for a FRENCH Speaker Customer Service/Call Center / Remote job in Miami, FL. This position is a Long Temp opportunity. The Customer Service/Call Center will be the point of contact with our customers, from the simple answer to the company switchboard, to the most complex assistance activities, both in the pre-sale phase and subsequently.
Key Responsibilities
• Intervene at all levels with highly specialized personnel: from the development of the business relationship on acquired customers and prospects to the management of the most complex after-sales assistance services, both in the wholesale, e-commerce, and retail sectors.
Required Qualifications
• Possess a positive attitude
• Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Computer knowledge
• Courteous and friendly with a high level of professionalism
• HS Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Call Center and/or work-from-home experience preferred
Equipment Requirement
• Laptop or Pc
• Headphones with speaker
• High-speeded internet: at least 20 MB Download Speed, and at least 10 MB Upload Speed
Compensation
• Pay Rate $15.00hr
• Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week
