Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Grow Therapy is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our expanding network of providers!

About Grow Therapy

We handle credentialing, billing, and insurance claims so providers can enjoy the freedom of choosing when, where, and who to work with — without the hassle of mundane admin tasks.

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to receive therapy, and therapists should be able to serve the communities they care most about — not just the small number of people who can afford to pay out of pocket. The best part? Grow is free for providers and has no minimum visit requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

You are an LMHT
Licensed in California
Must have independent clinical licensure for at least 1 year
Please note that if you are not licensed in one of our operational states, do not hold one of the licensures listed above, and/or have not held independent licensure for one year, we will be unable to move forward with an introductory meeting.
Grow Therapy can only work with providers with at least 1 year of experience.

If you meet the minimum qualifications, you will be asked to schedule a Zoom meeting with our Provider Recruitment team
During this 30-minute interview, a member of our recruitment team will get to know you, your experience, and your private practice goals, while also providing an overview of Grow and the services we offer. This conversation is meant to assess whether a partnership will be a strong mutual fit.
