Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Grow Therapy is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our expanding network of providers!
About Grow Therapy
Grow Therapy is a leading partner for thousands of independent mental health providers across the U.S. Powered by a passionate team of mental health advocates and healthcare veterans, Grow is looking for providers who want to build or expand their private practice with the support of a large client network, administrative services, and a connected community. We handle credentialing, billing, and insurance claims so providers can enjoy the freedom of choosing when, where, and who to work with — without the hassle of mundane admin tasks.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to receive therapy, and therapists should be able to serve the communities they care most about — not just the small number of people who can afford to pay out of pocket. Our mission is to enable providers to grow successful and accessible private practices, so that anyone can receive essential and quality mental healthcare.

Continuing Education Credits: Providers who actively see clients on the Grow Therapy platform can access free CEU opportunities through our partnerships with PESI and Violet.

The best part? Grow is free for providers and has no minimum visit requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
You are an LMHT
Licensed in California
Must have independent clinical licensure for at least 1 year
Please note that if you are not licensed in one of our operational states, do not hold one of the licensures listed above, and/or have not held independent licensure for one year, we will be unable to move forward with an introductory meeting.
Grow Therapy can only work with providers with at least 1 year of experience.
