Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe in rewarding our therapists for their hard work and dedication. Our compensation structure is designed to be fair and transparent, providing you with a stable income and opportunities for growth.
Our reimbursement rates for live sessions are $67.+0 per hour, with adjustments made for shorter sessions. We also offer asynchronous messaging rates ranging from $12-$36, depending on client plans.
In addition to these base rates, you will be eligible for a monthly bonus based on your performance. This bonus is calculated based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients on the platform per week, starting at 3 weekly hours of client engagement.
