Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Operations Team Lead to oversee and drive operational excellence within our virtual teams. As a pivotal member of our remote-first environment, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of remote staff, ensuring service delivery, optimizing processes, and fostering team collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the performance of a cross-functional remote operations team.

Coordinate with different departments to align team goals with company objectives.

Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely and high-quality task execution.

Analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvement strategies.

Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to foster continuous development.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Track KPIs and create reports to present to senior management.
•
Resolve escalated issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across all levels.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
•
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
•
Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively.
•
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•
Solid decision-making and leadership qualities.
•
High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
•
Proficient in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Experience
•
Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or team leadership.
•
At least 2 years managing remote teams is highly preferred.
•
Previous experience in a tech-driven or startup environment is an advantage.
• Working Hours
•
Full-time, remote position.
•
Flexible schedule with core hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cairo Time, Monday to Friday.
•
Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required depending on business needs.
