About the Internship:
School of Thought is seeking talented and motivated Pre-Sales Agents to join our team. This role is open to individuals with at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry or as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). As a Pre-Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers and booking product demos.
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Engage potential customers through outbound calls and emails with a focus on building rapport and understanding their needs
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of School of Thought's products, including VR Education L.M.S., E.R.P. Solutions, and Hardware Solutions
3. Demo Booking: Book product demos with interested prospects and ensure they are scheduled at a convenient time
4. Effective Communication: Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively
5. Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns effectively, providing appropriate information and solutions
6. Lead Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM software
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO industry or as a Customer Success Manager (CSM)
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Access to a laptop and reliable internet connectivity for remote work
