Job Title: Salesforce Release Manager

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote

Start Date: Immediate joiners only (Monday/Wednesday onboarding)

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Salesforce Release Manager with strong Salesforce development experience and deep Git expertise. You'll lead end-to-end release processes across environments, manage branching/merging, and ensure smooth deployments with minimal risk.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage Salesforce release cycles across multiple Sandboxes and Production.
• Handle Git workflows: branching, merging, conflict resolution, and version control best practices.
• Collaborate with Dev and QA teams for seamless integration and validation.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, YAML, and other automation tools.
• Coordinate deployments, maintain deployment schedules, and serve as a release gatekeeper.
• Work with Permission Sets and metadata for accurate access and config control.
• Communicate release updates, blockers, and timelines to stakeholders.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Expert in Git and GitHub Actions.
• Strong in Salesforce metadata, deployment tools, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with CI/CD, YAML files, and sandbox strategy.

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Agile experience and release planning exposure.
