CPA license required
Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs
Strong understanding of the full training cycle
Excellent decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to present complex information in an accessible manner
Proficiency in developing and implementing training plans, curricula, and methodologies
Strong IT skills, particularly with presentation and video technologies
Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and meet deadlines
A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or auditing
Experience with adult learning methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required
