This role involves providing administrative support in tasks such as preparing and presenting utility invoices, assisting with payment recovery, and extracting key information from invoices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Main Responsibilities:

Preparing and presenting utility invoices to USVF budget advisers for payment
Supporting the recovery process by submitting payment documents
Extracting key information from invoices for timely recovery
Building trust with U.S. contacts through effective communication
Managing Utility Company portals and downloading invoices into secure SharePoint folders
Coordinating with Energy Companies regarding utility invoices
Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with payment actuals for each account
Organising meetings and engaging with key stakeholders via various communication methods
