Residential Renovation Helper – Full-Time
Cavallino Construction – Montreal Area
Cavallino Construction, a small, dynamic residential renovation company, is seeking a motivated and reliable helper to join our team.
We require candidates with basic experience in residential, commercial, or general construction—familiarity with measuring, tools, and safety procedures is a must. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are also required.

Duties
Demolish existing structures or fixtures safely and efficiently
Install new flooring, drywall, cabinetry, and fixtures according to project specifications
Perform painting, sanding, and finishing work to achieve desired aesthetic results
Repair or replace damaged surfaces and structural elements
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively
Coordinate with suppliers and manage materials needed for renovation projects
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes throughout each project
Communicate progress regularly with supervisors and clients to ensure expectations are met
Skills
Proven experience in renovation, carpentry, or related construction fields is preferred
Strong knowledge of building materials, tools, and techniques for various renovation tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges on-site
Good physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual tasks over extended periods
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a safe work environment

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
