The working hours are 6am-10am weekdays and weekends (3 out 4 full weekends per month).

About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
Who you are
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have:
A passion for fulfilment operations, & stock accuracy, with a strong eye for detail.
Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional, & customer-centric approach.
A priority for safety, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including regular lifting, use of manual handling equipment, and being on your feet for long periods.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
