You will use your expertise in Advanced Analytics to improve the overall management of Financial Crime Operations.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Monitor and interpret performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations across financial crime operations.
Investigate performance drivers by diving deep into operational metrics, identifying root causes, and surfacing opportunities for improvement.
Conduct targeted analysis by applying advanced analytical techniques to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of financial crime operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business objectives.
Exercise strong self-agency to proactively identify performance trends, operational bottlenecks, and ideate solutions that elevate team outcomes.
Translate complex business needs into proof-of-concept initiatives using advanced business acumen, supporting strategic goals and commercial impact.
Build deep domain expertise in financial crime operations, contributing to the optimisation of workflows, reporting, and stakeholder experience.

Tech skills
We use a diverse range of analytical tools; we do not expect you to know them all but having significant experience and exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.
Analytical scripting languages such as SQL, Python and R
Data visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
Database environments such as Teradata, Snowflake, Spark
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
