Business Intelligence Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing strategic insights and recommendations through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using reporting tools (e.g., QlikView, Power BI, Advanced Excel).
- Collaborate with clients and operations to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Advanced MS Excel, data consolidation, clean-up, and deriving insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
