Graphic Representative & Coordinator
IDesign Studio is looking for a reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic individual for our design company which specializes in Architecture, landscape, and graphic designing consultancy work. For an upcoming graphic design project, we are looking for a coordinator and representative who can handle the meeting and coordinate with clients.
Work will involve mostly coordination between clients, team, office, printing agencies, graphic artists, meetings with clients and a graphic designer/artist. Design, and coordination experience is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand each client’s vision, communicate and coordinate with the office team to transfer/create graphic works.
Must be able to work hand in hand with production staff.
Maintain good communication and relationships customers.
Document all work completed with the required paperwork
Salary and Benefits
Contract-based work 01 May 2026- 31 July 2026 (3 months)
