Experience: 2+ Years
Responsibilities:
Collection portfolio for Micro Loan for the entire assigned region.
Will be handling the team of field executives.
Will be responsible for the entire delinquent portfolio
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Team handling experience.
Candidate handling large portfolio; preferably in MFI is preferred
Should be smart & proactive; having revenue generation attitude.
Field Collection Background.
Who can join early.
Well versed with excel
