Responsibilities:
• Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
• Managing and updating databases and spreadsheets
• Preparing and maintaining reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
• Providing general administrative support to the Operation Department
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
• Graduate in any discipline
