Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Bikaner: • Processing and Disbursement of files • Handling all Bikaner branch administration activities • Regular follow-ups with Bikaner customers • Co-ordination with central ops team • Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports • Customer KYC and secondary documents verification • Ensuring on-time payments of the Bikaner customers • Ensure adherence of policies at all levels • Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant. • Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Bikaner branch • Responsible to handle MIS Job • Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Bikaner: • Candidate should be Graduate or above • Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank • 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Bikaner • Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow. • High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm as a good learner.
