Currently we have 135 Branches imparting training to nearly 32,000+ youngsters in Delhi,UP,MP,Haryana and Bihar. Job Requirements: Ability to learn and grow. Dedicated and passionate Derive satisfaction from shaping and educating youngsters Good command over English. Minimum qualification is a graduation (any subject). Ability to manage Classroom as per Freedom Employability Academy requirements Full time: 8 hours per day. Either morning shift(6am to 2 pm) or afternoon shift (1 pm to + pm). Females would be given preference for morning shift. 26 days free & compulsory training in Lucknow. Training, staying, travelling is at our cost. You do not have to pay anything. One year employment commitment required for the first year,since we are going to invest heavily in your training. Teacher will run 4 classes of 1hr 40min each. There will be 25 minutes of break-time and 55 minutes of other operational obligations. At center level, students details need to be documented and kept up to date by the teacher. Each session will have a batch of 20 students. Students age group is 15 yrs and above. Candidate needs to have a basic knowledge of computer operation. Frequent training visits to Lucknow for few days every 2-3 months Merit Based Employer: FEA hires and promotes solely based on merit. Candidates of all genders, castes and religions are welcome. Gross Starting Salary: Rs. 16,+00 per month In addition, we spend Rs. +5,000 per year per teacher/facilitator on professional development.
