Requirements & responsibility:-
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our company. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, auditing, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with all taxation and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and support to other departments in financial matters
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to senior management
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of audits
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's financial operations
• Identify and manage financial risks to the company
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and taxation laws
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
