Job Description
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and select the best candidates for the position.
• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
• Employee Relations: Build positive employee relations by managing employee complaints, addressing employee concerns, and providing guidance and advice to managers on employee relations issues.
• Performance Management Oversee the performance appraisal process, coach managers on providing feedback, establish goals, and conduct performance reviews.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to employees on topics such as compliance, harassment prevention, and diversity and inclusion.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including conducting salary surveys, performing job evaluations, and analyzing benefit plans.
• HR Analytics: Collect, analyze, and report HR data to support business decision-making.
• HR Policy Development and Implementation: Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and promote a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, HR policy development and implementation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
