Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting In Vivo Experiments: Lead experiments on transgenic mouse and rat lines, including injections, gut motility assays and post-surgical care.
Managing Stem Cell Cultures: Handle and maintain human pluripotent stem cell lines, ensuring sterile technique and differentiation.
Performing Surgical Experiments: Assist in transplanting stem cells into gastrointestinal tracts and collect tissues for analysis.
Maintaining Laboratory Operations: Keep accurate records, manage consumables, and ensure compliance with research protocols
