POSITION: Research Associate Intern
DURATION: 3 Months
WORK MODE: REMOTE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather data from primary & secondary sources for the research.
• Conduct complete & error-free market research to identify trends, opportunities & challenges in the startup sector.
• Contribute to multiple research projects at once & hence manage the time efficiently.
• Use tools, techniques & standard methodologies to support market research, analysis & problem solving.
• Assist in developing the organisation’s business plans, defining goals, strategies & implementation tactics.
• Conduct competitive analysis of various competitors to assess their strengths, weaknesses & differentiation strategies.
• Use good verbal & written communication skills to provide insight into the processes used to achieve results.
• Draft a Company Overview Report based on analysis of various records, statements, documents etc.
• Gain expertise in leveraging a wide range of research resources, information portals & approaches in delivering research
• outputs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities & customer preferences.
• Attention to detail in every step of the research process to ensure accurate, on time deliverables.
• Provide appropriate context for study findings based on prior market research, including secondary sources.
• Ensure that the record of all the findings & research is well maintained.
• Conduct self in a professional manner & take responsibility for work & commitments.
• Work under the mentorship of CEO & execute the assigned tasks efficiently & punctually.
• Recommend & implement methods to conduct the research in a suitable manner.
• Promote the company on your Social Media Handles in accordance with the requirements of the company.
