Partner closely with client management, operational and finance teams across a wide range of industries.

Lead, mentor and manage team members, setting priorities and ensuring delivery against deadlines.

Apply independent judgement and critical thinking to complex technical, commercial and legislative issues.

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for collaboration.

Proven time, task and people management capability, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a deadline-driven environment.

Confidence applying critical thinking and independent judgement to technical and commercial matters.

Prior experience advising on the R&D Tax Incentive or State/Federal Government grants, with 4+ years of postgraduate experience, or Manager-level role advising on tax legislation.

A degree qualification in commerce, law, engineering, science, technology or a related field.

A learner mindset and enthusiasm to grow quickly in a high-performance environment.

What you’ll gain:

The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.

Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what’s best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.

Clear paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.

Generous leave entitlements to support your work-life balance - including floating public holidays, birthday leave and ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks.

A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life.
