We are currently seeking a Part-Time Reservations Agent to join our team.
Your Day to Day
Support the daily operations of the Reservations Department, maximising occupancy and average rate.
Handle guest enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver exceptional service through all guest interactions, particularly over the phone and email.
Build strong relationships with guests and internal departments to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Maintain accurate reservation records and correspondence.
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required by the Revenue Manager.
Stay up to date with promotions, packages and loyalty programs to confidently guide guests.
Support Front Office operations where required and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What We Need From You
Previous experience in a Reservations or hotel front office role preferred.
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver personalised service.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Experience with Opera, Holidex Plus and Microsoft Office (preferred).
Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent.
Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, across a minimum of 2–4 shifts per week.
Full Australian working rights.
