Job Description
Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing nurturing and guidance for a group of 8-12 students residing in on-campus student homes. Flex houseparents offer a consistent family-like structure for students and handle various responsibilities including driving, medication administration, and budgeting.
Benefits:
• $43,825 per person salary (approx. $150,000 per couple including free housing, meals, and utilities)

• Nine days on, three days off schedule with a three-week paid summer vacation
Qualifications:
• Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
